Sometimes when you start a journey, you need a guiding hand to help avoid the pitfalls and plan the best route ahead. The offer of partnership in the small animal practice where I am the practice manager was the start of my journey and Vet Dynamics were that guiding hand. I found the Vet Dynamics team to be very friendly, supportive and their enthusiasm was in plentiful supply!
I went to a Platinum Receptionist Course with Vet Dynamics, I found the course brilliant and very beneficial to my job role. It really helped listening to other receptionists ideas on how they organise their reception team and also having a chance to share your views and ideas too. It gave me a better understanding of how to be in the job role and it also made me realise how valuable us receptionists are to the practice. Overall I would recommend this course to every receptionist.
The Vet Dynamics team have provided bespoke coaching and support in the practice to the entire team by directing and planning business strategy in bite-sized chunks, coaching leadership skills directly to team leaders, providing frequent telephone support and implementing workable systems and processes to sustainably provide continuous improvement and communication within the practice.
Thank you very much for the opportunity to be part of Vet Dynamics. The conference day and meeting all the other vets was most inspiring and although there was a lot to take on board, there surely was a lot of good tips to make a significant improvement for now.
